"I get phone calls and myspace messages from people saying that my music has given them strength to get through their problems. I'm an honest guy I can't rap about lies, I rap about the struggle- as seen through my eyes a young Mexican from south Florida. Alot of people are surprised when I tell them I'm Mexican, they tell me I don't sound like a Mexican rapper. I’m not a Mexican rapper, I’m a rapper that happens to be Mexican. There's alot of artist that live in Orlando, Miami, Palm Beach, Jacksonville, ect, in the city and can't get half the recognition I've gotten, and I live an hour and a half away from any major city.
