Groove On is a concept. That carries with it a message. And that manifests itself as a cultural platform, as an open art space. Groove on is also, simultaneously , a reaction to our world, an answer given by music, painting, photography, theater and film. We do not suggest, however, to issue some value judgments. We do not encourage, nor afford it. What we really want is to facilitate communication between artists, to give mobility of ideas and works from the underground area. Groove On began as a radio and turned gradually into an art project. For that wishes to encourage all those who feel the need to express themselves freely and honestly through art. |
